Norman Grant

President, Council of Representatives - Bas-Saint-Laurent et Gaspésie-Îles-de-la-Madeleine

Chair of the Board of Audit and Ethics of the Caisse populaire Desjardins du Rivage et des Monts, Norman Grant is retired from the education sector.

Mr. Grant is on the Board of Directors of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, Caisse centrale Desjardins, Capital Desjardins, Desjardins Venture Capital and Desjardins Trust. He is a member of the Risk Management Commission of the Fédération and of Caisse centrale Desjardins, and a member of the Risk Management Committee of Desjardins Trust. He is on the Desjardins Group Retirement Committee and Chair of the Audit, Professional Practices and Compliance Committee.

Mr. Grant is also Chair of the Credit and Investment Commission of Caisse centrale Desjardins, a member of the Ethics Committee of Desjardins Venture Capital, and a member of the Desjardins Cooperative Institute Educational Advisory Committee.

He was Secretary of the Board of Ethics of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec from 2001 to 2004.
