Board of Directors and Management Committee


Board of Directors	The Board of Directors is made up of 22 members elected by the Regional General Meeting, Group Caisses General Meeting or the Assembly of Representatives of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins.
Management Committee	The Desjardins Group Management Committee supports the Chair of the Board, President and CEO of Desjardins Group and the Board of Directors in their responsibility of providing Desjardins with a single management structure. To achieve this, it helps the Board incorporate the strategic orientations of the cooperative network, business lines and group functions.
