Denis Paré

Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Caisse populaire Desjardins de l’Est de Sherbrooke, Denis Paré is a notary by profession.

Mr. Paré is Vice-President of the Board of Directors of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins du Québec, Caisse centrale Desjardins, Capital Desjardins, Desjardins Venture Capital and Desjardins Trust. He is also a member of the Executive Committee and the Human Resources Commissions and Committees of these bodies. Mr. Paré is Chair of the Desjardins Group Retirement Committee and a member of its Investment Committee. He is also President of the Committee on the Aggregate Remuneration of the President, Chief Executive Officer of Desjardins Group, and a member of the Cooperation and Network Liaison Commission.

Mr. Paré was Chair of the Audit and Ethics Board of the Fédération des caisses populaires Desjardins de l'Estrie almost continuously from 1991 to 2001.
