The Board of Directors is made up of 22 members elected by the Regional General Meeting, Group Caisses General Meeting or the Assembly of Representatives of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins. |

The Management Committee upholds decisions made by the Board of Directors and sees to the orientation of day-to-day operations of the Fédération des caisses Desjardins. |

The Strategic Management Structure Committee supports the Board of Directors in providing Desjardins with a single management structure. |
