Our systems run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which enables us to act quickly if we detect fraudulent e-mail.
Furthermore, we follow-up on each seemingly fraudulent e-mail that you send us.
If your debit card is lost or stolen, we deactivate it as soon as you call us. Your caisse will issue you a new Desjardins Access Card.
To report the loss or theft of your VISA Desjardins credit card, you can contact us 24/7 and we'll see to it that a new card is issued right away.
We are also equipped with additional security systems that check your identity when you use your Desjardins Access Card at an ATM. In addition to your PIN, you may be asked to enter your birthdate when you make some transactions.
