  2. It means changing the personal identification number (PIN) on your Desjardins Access Card or VISA Desjardins credit card at an ATM.

  3. Why is Desjardins allowing PIN changes at ATMs?
  4. PINs play a key role in making your Desjardins Access Card and VISA Desjardins card transactions secure. By adding this function to ATMs, you can change your PIN 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  6. For the Desjardins Access Card:

    1. From the main menu, select Balance, statement, PIN change or repayment.
    2. Select PIN change.
    3. Follow the instructions.

    For the VISA Desjardins card:

    1. Select PIN change from the main menu.
