Desjardins Group has been a partner of the prestigious Tournoi international de hockey pee-wee de Québec for over 30 years, sponsoring two trophies, one to the winning international Class C team and the other to the semi-finalist Class AA, Légaré division team. The Tournoi international de hockey pee-wee de Québec is considered to be the world's largest minor hockey tournament, with 2,300 players aged 11 and 12 from 14 countries.

Since 1892, the world's best tennis players have showcased their skills on Canadian courts at the Rogers Cup tournament. Only Wimbledon and the U.S. Open have been in existence longer than the Canadian tournament, acknowledged as being one of the best in the world. Desjardins is a Primary sponsor of Canadian Colleges Athletic Association's award program to recognize university athletes' academic excellence.

The Canadian academic excellence award is the most prestigious prize awarded to student athletes, who must maintain a 3.5 grade point average and play on an all-star team in a recognized sport.

Corporation Sports Québec – Finale des Jeux du Québec
Desjardins Group is proud to present the 43rd Annual Summer Finals of the Jeux du Québec (in French only) which will take place in Sept-Îles August 2 to 11, 2007. Nearly 3,939 young people from all 19 Quebec regions will compete in 15 sports.

Through its association with Corporation Sports Québec, Desjardins hopes to foster good physical health among young people, contribute to the success of model athletes and promote values such as personal effort, teamwork and discipline.
