Application period: December 15 to April 1 of each year
Applicant must be a Canadian citizen or have permanent resident status1, reside in Quebec or be an Ontario caisse member. Once the winner accepts the bursary, he or she must prove full-time enrolment in a university program (in the fall and winter sessions following the application). To collect a bursary, the winner must be a Desjardins caisse member or agree to become one. Applicants in actuarial science must have completed at least one university semester in this field.
Winners may accept other bursaries as long as the total received for the year in question does not exceed $15,000 at the master's level.
Forms must be filled out legibly and mailed to the Fondation with the student's official university transcripts (1 original and 3 photocopies). Forms must be sent by mail in quadruplicate and postmarked no later than April 1.
Applicants for master's level bursaries must provide 3 sealed evaluation forms, preferably completed by professors, including your supervisor.
