Instructors and facilitators

The DCI instructor and facilitator teams include people renowned for their skills and achievements. These people work within Desjardins Group and external companies, and are selected based on very precise profiles.

The instructor's role is to teach Desjardins material, interact with participants and adjust the material as needed. Consequently, instructors must be very familiar with Desjardins Group. In addition, DCI deals with professional facilitators who support the instructors, as well as with workshop facilitators charged with leading small group discussions.

Certain material will be communicated to participants by way of videos created specifically for DCI, which will include opinions of specialists and interviews with national and international leaders.
