For the officers and managers of Desjardins Group, Desjardins Cooperative Institute (DCI) is a stimulating and motivating forum for dialogue. They come together to learn a governance and management culture specific to Desjardins and shared by all the components. They gain a common understanding of the challenges and the strategic skills needed to reinforce the cooperative foundations as well as the progress of our organization. Strengthened by this shared culture, Desjardins Group can rely on its components' harmony to better serve its members and clients while pursuing its development in Québec and throughout Canada.

As a place for thought and learning, as well as the groundwork for a veritable "Desjardins awareness", DCI is a first-rate strategic tool. Its programs are primarily intended for individuals in leadership positions who will then become inspirations in their work environment, able to encourage and nourish the pursuit for excellence on the part of all the builders of Desjardins.
