Green Office Guidelines
  1. Explain how to detach and delete files attached to emails to free up server space.

  2. Train employees, especially new ones, to file e-mails on their computer rather than keeping paper copies.

  3. Question the need to file all e-mails and documents we receive.

  4. Make filing procedures easier by using a medium other than paper (CD-ROM, for example).

  5. When a project is completed, save only the final versions of documents. That will free up server space and postpone the company's need to buy additional memory.
