University recruitment

Desjardins offers salaried programs for university graduates with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). The program aims to help participants develop their skills and knowledge, preparing them to work as a financial advisor.

These programs groom graduates for positions in a caisse or business centre. During the training process, candidates are well-compensated and get access to complete range of fringe benefits.

There are two training programs available: one for a caisse advisor position and the other for a business financial centre position. Led by an experienced professional, these programs provide participants with both theory and hands-on training, where the latter (the internship) represents more than two-thirds of the program, which runs from 17 to 20 weeks.

Eligible candidates must be available during the training period.
