The program includes training for 3 different positions and covers essential components for new employees..

• Integration into Desjardins: Gives new employees an opportunity to become familiar with Desjardins Group, caisses and Desjardins Business Centres.
• Integration into the position: Focuses on knowledge acquisition and relational skills, software applications and Desjardins products and services.

Classroom training takes place in Lévis and Montreal, and sometimes in other areas.
