Desjardins Card Services (VISA)

Desjardins Card Services (DCS) manages applications and requests from individual card holders throughout Canada. It also works to meet the specific needs of caisses, Desjardins Business Centres, credit unions and various business and merchant clienteles.

DCS also works to reduce VISA Desjardins losses by collecting past due amounts from both individual and business clients. Moreover, it is responsible for assessing potential client credit applications and existing client requests for credit limit increases.
