Our diversity projects

Our goal is to promote diversity in various ways. Here are a few recent projects:

  • implementing policies and internal programs that reflect our values in terms of diversity and equity management and that take into consideration the real needs of our workforce and the communities we serve;
  • developing a skills development program for managers to help them practice inclusive diversity management;
  • creating and publishing an online training to raise awareness among our employees about the great value of diversity.
