A record $1.1M given back to the community

Caisse Desjardins de Québec is proud to announce that we donated more than $1.1 million to 167 community projects, events and organizations in 2023.

  • Community Development Fund (CDF): $847,752
  • Donations and sponsorships: $261,409

As a socioeconomic leader, the caisse maintained strong relationships with local partners, strengthened its support for downtown Quebec City's cultural players and increased its assistance to organizations helping vulnerable individuals.

We support the socioeconomic vitality of our community through donations, sponsorships and the Community Development Fund (CDF). Members like you contribute to the CDF by voting to earmark part of the credit union's surplus earnings for the fund during the annual general meeting.

Congratulations to all our partner organizations for their dedication, creativity and hard work in making our city centre a better place for everyone. We're pleased to work side by side with them to improve Quebec City's Upper and Lower towns.

And thank you to our 53,921 members who gave us the means to invest in the community and support a wide variety of meaningful projects and events.
