A financial cooperative with deep roots in the community, Caisse Desjardins du Témiscamingue has 15,500 individual and business members, each of whom is a co-owner of the Caisse. A reflection of the region’s social wealth, the Caisse is the main financial cooperative in Témiscamingue and a key player in its social and economic development. The Caisse’s initiative and targeted investments have helped over 70 organizations and projects as well as to ensure essential services for citizens.

Since 2015 and 2016, the Caisse has paid out a total of $500,000 in dividends to the community to support various initiatives.
