How to activate mobile alerts for AccèsD Affaires

To activate AccèsD Affaires alerts in the mobile app:

  1. Log in to AccèsD Affaires.
  2. Select More, then Profile and preferences.
  3. Go to the Alerts section and enter the required information.
  4. Choose the alerts you want to receive.

Also make sure that notifications are enabled in your mobile device settings.

Make your accounts more secure

We take the security of your accounts and personal information very seriously. See the different tools available on AccèsD Affaires to protect your accounts.

2-step verification

Add an extra layer of security to your AccèsD Affaires  account: after entering your username and password, a single-use security code will be sent to your phone. You'll have to enter the code to log in to your account.

Security key

A security key is another simple 2-step verification method to confirm your identity when logging in. After entering your username and password, insert the key and enter your PIN to access your account.

Get an alert if there's unusual activity in your account, such as a suspicious login or potentially fraudulent transaction.

How do I register for AccèsD Affaires?

How do I stop a pre-authorized payment on AccèsD Affaires?

To make a stop payment on AccèsD Affaires:

  1. Log in to AccèsD Affaires.
  2. If you're in a web browser, select More options, then Cancel a transaction.
    If you're in the mobile app, select More, then Cancel a transaction.
  3. Choose the type of transaction you want to cancel and follow the instructions.
How do I know if a cheque has been cashed?

Once a cheque is processed, you can view it on AccèsD Affaires using the cheque image feature:

  1. Log in to AccèsD Affaires
  2. In a web browser, select Search transactions, then Cheque images.
  3. Choose an account and select Continue.
  4. Select a period and sort order, then OK.
  5. Go to Messages to view your cheques.
How do I change my AccèsD Affaires username?

Saving multiple usernames allows users who share a computer to log in to AccèsD Affaires faster. To use a different username, you have to save it first. You can save up to 6.

  1. Go to the AccèsD Affaires login page.
  2. Select Switch usernames.
  3. Enter a new username in the Username field.
  4. Select Remember me.
  5. Add a Nickname (optional).

All saved usernames will appear on the AccèsD Affaires login page.

How do I add a bill to my AccèsD Affaires bill file?

Here's how to add an organization or service provider to your bill file on AccèsD Affaires:

  1. Log in to AccèsD Affaires
  2. If you're in a web browser, select Payments, then Bill payments and Manage service providers.
    If you're in the mobile app, select More, then Manage service providers and Add a service provider.
  3. Search for the service provider you want to pay, enter the reference number (if applicable) and validate.
  4. In the Manage lists tab, you can save lists of service providers for future payments.
